100 chips for AU$15K Offer

MiniFAB’s Job shop is able to provide you with polymer, microfluidic chips, ready for use in your application.  All we need to know is what you want the chip to look like.   To place an order please send a drawing (eg .dxf) that includes details of the design features for your chip, including:

 

·         Number of channels

·         Channel length(s)

·         Channel width(s) and depth(s)

·         Mixing and combining of fluid streams

·         Number of fluidic inlets / outlets

·         Interface requirements

 

As a starting point to guide your design, our standard chips usually conform to the following design rules but changes can easily be made based on your requirements:

 

·         Microscope slide format (approx 75mm x 25m x 3mm)

·         Up to 14 fluidic ports

·         Single layer fluidic structures

·         Materials: Polycarbonate, acrylic, CoC and polystyrene
