MiniFAB’s JobShop applies a simple strategy to managing your work to ensure that deliverables are handed over at the expected time and meet the agreed specifications. A nominated point of contact (Project Manager) will be allocated at all stages of the project – from the initial enquiry, through execution of the work. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that you are kept informed with progress and that the work is completed as efficiently as possible whilst satisfying the highest standards possible.
Communication methods and frequency can be tailored to meet your needs and are usually determined based on the complexity and duration of the work undertaken. We also value your feedback on our work so that we can continue to improve the services that we provide.
