MiniFAB can provide customers with a micro-nano fabrication service for micro-parts and micro tooling for design evaluation through to small volume fabrication runs. MiniFAB offers unique combinations of micro-nano fabrication processes in plastics, thin metal films and biocompatible coatings in order to convert your design into customized micro-parts.
We offer our services for one-off jobs, feasibility studies, production of prototypes and small volume fabrication work and we are quite happy to discuss specific arrangements that you, as a client, may wish to implement.
MiniFAB’s extensive range of process tools can be accessed individually or in any combination required to convert concepts and designs into reality. From laser micromachining and precision milling to parylene coating and testing of microfluidic devices – MiniFAB provides access to a broad engineering service that provides a complete solution for your micro and nano-fabrication needs.
MiniFAB applies a simple strategy to managing your work to ensure that deliverables are handed over at the expected time and meet the agreed specifications. A nominated point of contact will be allocated at all stages of the project – from the initial enquiry, through to execution of the work. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that you are kept informed with progress and that the work is completed as efficiently as possible, whilst satisfying the highest standards possible.
