Developing and Manufacturing your Polymer Micro-Engineered Products

At MiniFAB we look at the whole spectrum of the development process. Beginning with product definition, concept design and proof of principle, MiniFAB’s knowledge can help companies to reduce time and cost wastage in product development. MiniFAB is very experienced in the rapid translation of design concepts into working prototypes and on to small or large-scale manufacturing. MiniFAB’s expertise can be engaged at any point of this spectrum.

Great ideas need great delivery to become great products. Our People have valuable expertise in managing complex projects, engaging multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations. Thus, it is not surprising, that MiniFAB is fast becoming a preferred supplier of micro, nano, biotechnology services worldwide.

Our rapid turnaround development tools enable us to demonstrate and prove design concepts faster than anybody else in the industry. But
at MiniFAB we understand that a product’s development does not end at the concept demonstration. Our unique design for manufacture approach enables simplified manufacturing of products by using batch processing and reduced numbers of materials and components.

MiniFAB uses a staged and gated development plan to provide a clear strategy for translating product concepts into fully manufacturable solutions. Working in autonomous stages helps to shorten turnaround times and smooth the transitions from design concepts to proof-of-principle and working prototypes, on to Alpha and Beta manufacturing stages, all within an ISO13485:2003 certified environment. Each stage consists of a number of work packages and deliverables, enabling you to monitor progress, continuously assess and manage risk, and modify requirements to suit changing business needs and technical milestones. Clients can engage MiniFAB at any stage of the process

Careful attention to the Staged Delivery will eliminate costly and time consuming backtracking to complete missing documentation and records. This means a more efficient approval process for products in regulated markets, and a faster time to revenues.
